This town is like a mixture of good downtown and calm residential area, with 1 shopping mall and 2 shopping streets. The shopping mall is just in front of the station and there are supermarkets, restaurants and cafes inside. One of the shopping streets called “Kyodo Nodai Dori” has many university students who use it as their school road, so there are many affordable price shops and restaurants in the street.

LAFESTA Shimokitazawa 2 kyodo has 11 rooms with a wide range of sizes from approx. 8㎡ to 16㎡. Large rooms can be lived by two people. It is located in a quiet residential area and fully equipped with bicycle parking lot, outdoor clothes drying area, and terrace.
